RequirementsinventorysettingandDRPprocessmanagement.ResolveexceptionsinaccordancewithIBPrules.
Distributionplanfullhorizon/weekly/dailyreleaseforStockTransferOrders/ICDsdependingontheflows.
Inventoryplanvolumeandvalueprojectionandwarehouse/logisticscapacityplanning.
Reviewslogisticsscheduleadherenceanddriveimprovementincludingoptimizationoftruckloadmanagement.
ManagedemandexceptionswithDemandmanagers/planner,logisticsandSupplyPlanningManager.
DrivegatekeepingmeetingswiththeotherdepartmentsandsupportwithprovidingrelevantKPI’stomeasureperformance.
ProductionPlanning
ManagetheMPS/MRPprocessandresolveexceptionsinaccordancewithIBPrules.
Masterproductionplanreleaseforproductionplant/cellswhilekeepinginlinewithagreementsmadeoncapacity.
FiniteproductionandcapacityplanningbasedonfactorycalendarandEBQs.MakesuretheRoughCutCapacityPlan(RCCP)processandplannedproductioncapabilityexceptionsforSupplyPointsaremanaged(xproductionsitesandrelevanttollers/TPMs).
Releaseproductionorderstothesiteinlinewithagreementsmadewiththesite.Reviewscheduleadherenceanddriveimprovement.
ManagedemandexceptionswithSchedulerandSPManager.Supportthesiteschedulersandsitewithanalyseswhenneededtocreatevisibility.
WorktogetherwithDRPPlannerstounderstandcustomerrequirementsandincorporatethisintheproductionplan.
DrivegatekeepingmeetingswiththeotherdepartmentsandsupportwithprovidingrelevantKPI’stomeasureperformance.
Provideimpactanalysiswhenneededtoshowtheimpactofdecisionsorscenariostotheplan.Supportonreportingwherenecessary.
