岗位职责
1.负责自研产品全生命周期管理，涵盖需求分析、架构设计、研发交付及运维保障。
2.主导核心系统/模块研发，优化系统性能与稳定性，推动代码规范与质量管理。
3.落地新技术、云原生架构及高可用方案，结合业务场景实现技术创新。
4.统筹海外合作项目技术交付，协调内外部资源，保障项目进度与质量。
5.搭建高效技术团队，推动人才成长与知识沉淀。
6.联动产品、运营、海外等跨部门团队，确保项目顺利落地。
7.以结果为导向，聚焦交付指标，持续优化流程与体系。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上研发及团队管理经验；电商、本地生活、支付/金融行业经验优先。
2.精通Java技术栈（SpringBoot、SpringCloud、SpringSecurity等），具备微服务架构设计与高并发处理经验。
3.熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka/RabbitMQ、Flink等数据库与中间件，具备系统调优与高可用设计能力。
4.掌握Kubernetes、Docker等云原生技术，熟悉容器化部署、弹性扩容、服务治理与监控。
5.熟悉支付/金融系统架构，理解订单、清结算、风控核心流程，有高安全、高合规系统建设经验。
6.熟悉Scrum/Kanban等敏捷开发方法论，具备项目迭代规划与落地经验。
7.了解PMP项目管理知识体系，具备进度、质量、成本、风险多维度管控能力。
8.有团队建设管理经验，英语口语流利，可独立对接海外客户。

Qualifications
1.Bachelor’sdegreeoraboveinComputerScienceorrelatedfields,with5+yearsofdevelopmentandteammanagementexperience;experienceine-commerce,localservices,orpayment/financialindustriesispreferred.
2.ProficientintheJavatechnologystack(SpringBoot,SpringCloud,SpringSecurity,etc.)withexperienceinmicroservicesarchitecturedesignandhigh-concurrencyprocessing.
3.FamiliarwithdatabasesandmiddlewaresuchasMySQL,Redis,Kafka/RabbitMQ,Flink,withcapabilitiesinsystemtuningandhigh-availabilitydesign.
4.Skilledincloud-nativetechnologieslikeKubernetesandDocker,withexperienceincontainerizeddeployment,elasticscaling,servicegovernance,andmonitoring.
