1、Bachelor'sdegreeinEngineering(Mechanical,Manufacturing,orsimilar).
2、Minimum7yearsofexperienceinaprojectengineeringrole,preferablyinthemetalworkingorwoodworkingmachineryindustry.
3、Communicationskill:Developstronginterpersonalandcommunicationskillstoeffectivelyconveyexpectationsandmotivateteammembers.Negotiateandkeepstakeholdersinformed.
4、FluentinEnglishspeakingandwriting.
5、Projectplanning:Developingcomprehensiveprojectplans,settingclearobjectives,andallocatingresourceseffectively.PMPisaplus.
