What will your role be:
Lead architecture design for 10M+ traffic distributed systems
Build HA cloud-native services (K8s/Spring Cloud Alibaba) with circuit-breaking strategies
Drive AI-powered refactoring of business modules
Integrate AI capabilities (e.g. RAG/recommendation) at application layer
Solve core high-concurrency challenges
Optimize distributed storage (Redis/Kafka) & microservice governance
Establish engineering efficiency system
Apply AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor) to improve code quality and CI/CD pipelines
What an ideal candidate means to us:
Core Competencies
5+ years Java development, expert in high-concurrency architecture
Master Spring Cloud Alibaba (Nacos/Sentinel) & cloud-native stack (K8s/Docker)
Deep knowledge in network programming (TCP/IP/HTTP2), multithreading, JVM tuning
Led 3+ mid/large projects, strong in business abstraction
Preferred Skills
Experience in AI application-layer development (LLM API integration/RAG systems)
Familiarity with engineering practices of AI tools (Copilot/JetBrains AI)
Background in intelligent systems (recommendation/risk control/
voice interaction)
